Generally:

The dispatch of your order takes place between 1-3 working days from the day of registration of the order, for products which are immediately available.

In the event that a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time about a possible delay in the order. If it is not possible to ship the product, your order will be canceled and an immediate refund will be made in the same way you paid.

If your order's billing and shipping information are different, please add the recipient's phone number as a note to your order.

You can calculate the time and shipping costs of your order based on the table below:

*In case of hard-to-reach areas, deliveries are made in 2-10 working days.

Hellas:

For shipments within Greece, you can choose between shipping with Speedex, ELTA Courier and Box Now. If the shipment was made via courier, you can track your order by filling in the shipping number on the website of the company you selected. You will receive the shipping number by email after the order has been shipped (in the case of hard-to-reach areas, there may be a further delay).

Abroad:

All shipments to foreign countries are handled by UPS. You can track your order by clicking here and filling in the tracking number you have received by email after the order has been shipped (in the case of hard-to-reach areas there may be a further delay). We are not responsible for possible delays or charges that may arise from another country's customs.

We do not support shipping to countries that are not listed where you select your country during online ordering. If you have a question about the possibility of shipping to your country, please contact us through communication form.
